The Journey Behind the table
Taste of Beloved began long before its first dish was served.
It began at a family table.
Growing up, our founder was raised by a grandmother whose love was never measured by words alone, but by the countless small acts of care that filled everyday life. Through shared meals, quiet conversations, and an unwavering devotion to family, she taught a simple lesson: the most meaningful hospitality is not about impressing people—it is about making them feel welcomed, valued, and loved.
That philosophy became the foundation of Taste of Beloved.
In a world where dining can sometimes feel performative, we believe food should remain deeply human. We admire craftsmanship, precision, and culinary excellence, but we believe the purpose of great cooking extends beyond recognition or prestige. A meal should nourish more than hunger. It should create connection, spark conversation, and leave behind memories worth carrying home.
Our menu is the result of a journey driven by that belief.
During an immersive gastronomy study in Florence, Italy, our founder spent time exploring the traditions, markets, trattorias, and family tables that define Tuscan cuisine. Rather than chasing trends, the experience revealed something far more valuable: authenticity. The finest meals were often the simplest—prepared with patience, rooted in tradition, and shared with generosity.
Many of the dishes found at Taste of Beloved were inspired by those experiences. Recipes, ingredients, and culinary techniques were carefully studied, adapted, and curated to honor the spirit of their origins while creating something uniquely our own. Every section of our menu has been thoughtfully selected, refined, and revisited countless times to ensure that each dish contributes to a larger story.
That story continues beyond Tuscany.
Guided by the same appreciation for culture, tradition, and everyday gathering, Taste of Beloved also celebrates the vibrant energy of Asian street food. Together, these culinary worlds form a journey of discovery—two distinct traditions connected by a shared belief that food is at its best when it brings people together.
Today, Taste of Beloved stands as a tribute to the people, places, and memories that shape us. It is inspired by a grandmother whose kindness continues to guide us, by the traditions encountered across continents, and by the conviction that true hospitality begins with genuine care.
We do not cook to impress.
We cook to make you feel beloved.
The menu did not emerge from a single trip, nor was it assembled from recipes alone.
Every dish served at Taste of Beloved has gone through countless rounds of experimentation, tasting, refinement, and discussion. Our founder personally spent years exploring ingredients, techniques, and flavor combinations, often preparing the same dish repeatedly with different seasonings, proportions, and methods in pursuit of the perfect balance between authenticity and enjoyment.
This process continues today. Working alongside experienced chefs, culinary professionals, and cultural advisors, we strive to preserve the soul of each dish while ensuring every plate reflects the warmth and generosity that inspired this restaurant from the beginning.
Whether rooted in Tuscan tradition or inspired by the vibrant streets of Asia, every recipe is approached with the same philosophy: respect its origins, honor its story, and prepare it with genuine care.
We believe love is found in the details—the extra hour spent perfecting a sauce, the countless tastings behind a single recipe, and the commitment to serving food that feels honest, comforting, and memorable.
Private dining Room Xiuqing
Named in honor of Xiuqing, the grandmother who inspired Taste of Beloved, this private dining room is a celebration of love, family, and the moments that bring people together.
Long before there was a restaurant, there was a table. A place where meals were shared, stories were exchanged, and care was expressed through food. Xiuqing taught us that hospitality is not measured by extravagance, but by the feeling of being welcomed, valued, and cared for.
The Xiuqing Room was created to preserve that spirit. Designed for intimate gatherings, celebrations, and meaningful conversations, it offers a space where guests can slow down, connect, and create memories of their own.
More than a private dining room, it’s a reminder of a simple belief that guides everything we do:
Love has a flavor.
It can be found in a carefully prepared meal, a table shared with loved ones, and the warmth of genuine hospitality.
Here, we invite you to experience how love tastes.
